The Toscana Rosso IGT "Camartina" from Querciabella stands as one of the highest and most refined expressions of organic and biodynamic Tuscan viticulture. This wine is distinguished by its philosophy of sustainable production and meticulous attention to detail, which Querciabella Winery dedicates at every stage of the winemaking process.

Born from the smart blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese, "Camartina" exhibits a deep and vibrant red color. To the nose, the bouquet is complex and seductive; it unfolds with notes of ripe fruits such as blackberries and cherries, perfectly integrated with hints of tobacco, chocolate, and a light spicy touch due to elegant aging in barrique.

On the palate, the wine shows a rich and robust structure, while maintaining a harmonious balance. The texture of the tannins is finely crafted, resulting in a velvety sensation that caresses the palate. The acidity is well balanced, contributing to a long tasting persistence and a finish that revisits the pleasant nuances of spices and dark fruit.

Ideal to accompany structured dishes such as braised meats, roasted red meats, and aged cheeses, "Camartina" from Querciabella is also a wine that can be successfully aged, further developing its complexity. It is recommended to decant it for at least an hour before serving to allow the wine to express all its nuances.

Ultimately, the Toscana Rosso IGT "Camartina" from Querciabella is not just a wine, but a true sensory experience that reveals the excellence and innovation of the Tuscan terroir.
