Tradition made as a bottle, with maturation that reflects the oldest tradition of maturation done only in large barrels.
Maceration on the pomace from 7 to 15 days in steel tanks. The wine thus obtained is then aged for 2 years in Slavonian oak barrels, and then aged for another 6 months in the bottle.
