The 830 Cuvée Prestige Pecorino Spumante Brut BIO, produced by the renowned Agriverde winery, is a true excellence in the world of organic sparkling wines. This spumante is made exclusively from Pecorino grapes, a native varietal that finds its ideal habitat in the hills of Abruzzo, a region known for its rich biodiversity and enchanting landscapes.

The Cuvée Prestige stands out for its strictly organic production method, ensuring not only environmental sustainability but also the purest expression of the terroir. Agriverde follows meticulous agricultural practices aimed at soil conservation and respecting the natural cycle of the vines, without the use of chemical substances.

The winemaking process begins with a careful selection of the best Pecorino grapes, harvested at their optimal ripeness. Fermentation occurs at controlled temperatures to preserve all the primary aromas of the varietal. This is followed by sparkling according to the Charmat method, which allows for fine and persistent bubbles, distinctive elements of this prestigious spumante.

Visually, the 830 Cuvée Prestige presents a bright straw color with golden highlights. On the nose, it reveals a complex and intriguing bouquet with fruity notes of peach and citrus blending with hints of white flowers and subtle hints of fresh bread, derived from its aging on fine lees.

On the palate, the wine is lively and fresh, with good acidity that balances well with the structure. The delicate bubbles caress the palate, leaving a creamy sensation that concludes with a clean and persistently aromatic finish.

Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs wonderfully with light appetizers, fish or seafood dishes, and can be an excellent choice for celebrating special occasions. The 830 Cuvée Prestige Pecorino Spumante Brut BIO from Agriverde represents a classy choice for lovers of fine and refined sparkling wines.
