This rosé sparkling wine expresses a unique essence, stemming from the exclusive use of Pecorino grapes, a native variety distinguished by its freshness and aromatic qualities.

The name "830" refers to the altitude at which the grapes are grown, offering an ideal microclimate that contributes to the wine’s complexity of flavor and intensity of aromas. The winemaking process adheres to strict organic standards, ensuring a product that is not only excellent but also environmentally friendly.

Visually, it boasts a delicate, lively, and inviting pink color. On the nose, it reveals elegant floral and fruity notes, especially reminiscent of peach and small red berries, with a subtle hint of aromatic herbs that adds complexity. On the palate, the 830 Cuvée Prestige provides a pleasant and lasting freshness, with fine bubbles and a well-balanced structure leading to a long and satisfying finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, this rosé sparkling wine pairs perfectly with light appetizers, fish dishes, and fresh cheeses. It is also an excellent companion for celebrating special occasions.
