The Crémant d’Alsace Extra Brut from Domaine Meyer-Fonné represents one of the most refined expressions of sparkling wine produced in the Alsace region, known for its exceptional ability to combine tradition and innovation. This wine is crafted using the traditional method, the same used for Champagne, which involves a second fermentation in the bottle.

It presents a light straw yellow color, bright, with a fine and persistent perlage that invites tasting. On the nose, the Crémant d’Alsace Extra Brut is rich in aromas: floral notes intertwine with nuances of white-fleshed fruit, with light citrusy and mineral touches that add complexity to the bouquet.

On the palate, freshness is the distinctive feature. Its well-balanced acidity is accompanied by a delicacy that makes it versatile and pleasant to drink. This Crémant can serve excellently as an aperitif, but it also has the structure to accompany fish or seafood dishes.

A product that highlights the craftsmanship and attention to detail of Domaine Meyer-Fonné, the Crémant d’Alsace Extra Brut is an excellent choice for those seeking an elegant and sophisticated alternative to the more classic sparkling wines.
