This extraordinary Scottish whisky carries with it all the charm of the tradition of Port Dundas, one of the oldest distilleries in Glasgow, which, sadly, is now closed. The Port Dundas 23 Years Cask Finish is a unique and sophisticated expression, distinguished by its complexity and elegance.

Aged for twenty-three years, this Single Grain whisky has spent the final periods of its long maturation in selected casks that have enriched its aromatic profile. This finishing process in particular casks gives the whisky an extraordinary complexity, with a perfect blend of sweet and spicy notes.

On the nose, the Port Dundas 23 Years presents robust scents of vanilla and caramel, enriched by nuances of coconut and chocolate. The presence of subtle notes of dried fruit and sweet spices like cinnamon and clove adds a further dimension to the olfactory experience.

On the palate, it is rich and enveloping. It opens with sweet tones of molasses and vanilla, followed by a pleasant wave of warm spices and a hint of citrus. The finish is long and lingering, with an aftertaste that brings to mind chocolate and tobacco, leaving a warm and satisfying sensation.

Presented in an elegant tube, this bottle represents an excellent choice for whisky lovers seeking a product of great maturity and depth. Ideal to be enjoyed alone or as a base for sophisticated cocktails, the Port Dundas 23 Years Cask Finish is a sublime testament to the art of Scottish distillation.
