The Ribolla Gialla "On the Move" sparkling wine by Antonutti is a captivating expression of the Ribolla Gialla variety, passionately cultivated in the vineyards of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, a region renowned for the production of high-quality white wines. This sparkling wine stands out for its vivacity and freshness, making it an excellent apéritif or companion for enjoyable festive moments.

On the nose, the Ribolla Gialla "On the Move" reveals delicate aromas of white flowers, citrus, and fresh bread notes, typical of the traditional fermentation of metodo classico sparkling wines. It has a pale straw yellow color, with fine and persistent bubbles that caress the palate in a ballet of refined effervescence.

On the palate, the wine expresses extraordinary freshness due to its balanced acidity and a pleasant minerality that reflects the unique terroir of its origin. Flavors of green apple, white peach, and a light touch of almond enrich the taste profile, finishing with a clean and invigorating finale.

The Antonutti "On the Move" pairs beautifully with light starters, fish dishes, or seafood and is particularly suitable for accompanying delicate dishes such as oysters or sea bass carpaccio. Its elegance and finesse also make it perfect to enjoy on its own, as a moment of pure pleasure at the beginning or end of a special evening.

This sparkling wine is an example of how the Antonutti winery, with its historical roots and innovative quest for perfection, has managed to create a product that represents both the tradition and modernity of Italian wine.

The property is currently managed by the family and is noted in promotional materials as operating since 1921; over time it has developed ranges of white, red and sparkling wines and offers direct sales and cellar visits.
Production philosophy
The production approach prioritizes expression of the terroir: white wines are vinified to preserve freshness and aromatic clarity, while reds are aged in tonneaux when greater structure and complexity are sought. The estate focuses on the typicity of the grapes and on a diverse range of wines that also includes sparkling and passito wines.
