Piera1899 is a solid name and one of the reference wineries in the North-East of Italy; always devoted to a single goal: to obtain the best possible quality in wines characterized by pleasantness and matching, able to compete with the greatest winemaking traditions in the world.
The grape harvest takes place in the first days of October. Red vinification with prolonged maceration for 20-25 days at a controlled temperature of 26-28°C. After the alcoholic fermentation it is placed in an autoclave for a light froth.
In the glass it comes with a cIntense ruby red color with violet notes. On the nose it releases a fragrance of field violet. On the palate the flavor is fresh, sweet, with sustained acidity and high tannins.
A versatile goblet, rich in aromas and with an exceptional structure with various snacks, cured meats, pizzas, and medium-aged cheeses.
