The Conventino Bolla Rosa Spumante Brut is a sparkling wine of extraordinary elegance and freshness, making it an ideal choice for those who love delicate yet distinctive flavors. Sourced from the renowned vineyards of Conventino, this sparkling wine is the outcome of expert processing that follows the Charmat method, ensuring perfect preservation of its fruity aromas.

Visually, it presents a very attractive pale pink color, with fine and persistent bubbles that create a soft, inviting mousse. On the nose, the Bolla Rosa offers a charming bouquet, dominated by notes of red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries, followed by subtle floral nuances and a slight touch of brioche bread, due to its short maturation on the lees.

On the palate, the wine is perfectly balanced: the freshness of the acidity is harmoniously intertwined with the softness of the fruit, all supported by a creamy foam that caresses the palate. The aftertaste is pleasantly long and persistent, with a beautiful finish that leaves room for memories of fresh fruit and a light mineral note.

The Bolla Rosa Spumante Brut is perfect as an aperitif, but also pairs beautifully with light starters, fish and seafood dishes, or simply as a contemplative wine for a special toast. Its versatility and elegant expressiveness make it a must-have for any festive occasion or intimate gathering.

Serve chilled, between 6-8°C, to fully appreciate its exuberance and freshness. A refined choice that will bring a touch of class to any table.
