In splendid scenery of the green hills of the Marche there are the large vineyards where the grapes used to produce I Marcantoni grow and thrive. All the great qualities of Incrocio Bruni 54 are found in this wine, giving rise to a rich, unfiltered product of great quality. The harvest is done manually in small crates, with fermentation in steel, 24-hour maceration on the skins and 12-month aging in exhausted tonneau, plus 6-month bottle aging with noble lees.
It shows a beautiful bronzed color, lively and clear. On the nose, it denotes a complex floral scent reminiscent of magnolia and ancient red rose flowers, mixed with fresh aromas of bergamot peel. A particularly pleasant drink, with a toffee aftertaste that makes it a complex and rich sip.
Excellent in the most classic pairings of whites with fish-based dishes, white meats and slightly aged cheeses.
