The "Stella Famoso IGT Marche Frizzante" produced by Conventino Winery is a true gem for lovers of sparkling wine, born from the lush hills of Marche. This wine is made from Famoso grapes, a native varietal recently rediscovered and valued, known for its ability to fully express the terroir of this rich Italian region.

In appearance, "Stella Famoso" has a light straw-yellow color with delicate greenish reflections, animated by fine and persistent bubbles that hint at the freshness and vivacity of the sip. The nose reveals fragrant scents of white flowers, green apple, and a light touch of citrus, enriched by mineral nuances that add complexity to the aromatic bouquet.

On the palate, it offers a surprising freshness, very well-balanced by the right acidity. The sparkling component accentuates the lightness and agility of this wine, making it extremely pleasant and drinkable. The finish is clean, with a pleasing aftertaste of apple and lemon, inviting another sip.

This wine is versatile in terms of pairings: it pairs well with light appetizers, fish-based dishes, and can be an excellent companion for a summer aperitif. It is also a refined choice to accompany delicately seasoned vegetarian dishes.

"Stella Famoso IGT Marche Frizzante" from Conventino is an ideal option for those looking for a wine that combines freshness, originality, and an authentic connection to its region of origin. Each bottle is an expression of the care, tradition, and passion that Conventino pours into its winemaking process.
