Wine dilates the perception of time, inhibits, makes people talk, unites people, creates conviviality. Gamma, in physics, is the notation of the Lorenz factor, an equation that relates the dilation of time to the contraction of physical quantities, discovered at the time by Einstein. Here is the origin of its name.
The grape harvest begins during the second ten days of October and, in particular years, can last until the beginning of November. The wine is fermented in steel vats and aged on its lees until the summer when it is prepared and bottled. The good acidity and the rather low pH guarantee it an uncommon longevity for a white wine.
Etna Bianco is a wine that pours into the glass with an intense and brilliant straw yellow color. The olfactory examination reveals an extraordinary perfume with floral aromas of altitude flowers and notes of wild herbs.
A fresh, dry and very fine wine. A good drinkable glass that will accompany you without too many pretensions, in long chats and moments at the table. Served together with fish-based courses and sushi, it gives the palate a sensational taste, to be savored until the last sip.
