The Spumante Brut Nature by Celli is an exquisite expression of the region and the winemaking expertise of the Celli winery. This sparkling wine stands out for its "Brut Nature" style, which means no sugar is added after the second fermentation, ensuring an incredibly pure profile and a refined expression of the grape variety and the terroir from which it originates.

The grapes selected for the production of this sparkling wine come from meticulously managed vineyards, where respect for the natural rhythm and local traditions results in superior harvest quality. The vinification is rigorously followed using modern methods that allow the preservation of all the original aromatic nuances of the grapes.

Appearance-wise, the Celli Brut Nature presents a bright straw yellow color, enriched by a fine and persistent perlage that invites tasting. On the nose, fresh notes of citrus, white-fleshed fruits, and subtle hints of toasted bread emerge, imparting an intriguing complexity that leads to the sip.

On the palate, the wine is strictly dry, with a lively acidity that balances the intensity of the fruit. The texture is creamy, almost silky, with a long and clean finish that leaves a pleasant sensation of freshness.

This sparkling wine is ideal as an aperitif, but its structure and complexity also make it perfect to pair with light appetizers, seafood, or fish-based dishes. Its elegance and finesse also make it suitable for special occasions, celebrating moments with style and sophistication.

Winery history
According to official information, the winery was established in Bertinoro in 1963 and is managed by the Sirri and Casadei families. From traditional farmhouse wines, the estate has progressively shifted its focus to quality and local typicity, developing vineyards around the village and selecting parcels to produce wines of character.
Production philosophy
Emphasis is placed on the connection to the land and on typicity: all wines are produced from estate-grown grapes, and the estate has completed conversion to organic farming for its grapes.
