Pauwel Kwak is a Belgian beer brewed in the Bosteels brewery.
In the glass it has an intense amber color that almost tends to orange, and develops a white and voluminous compact and very persistent head of foam. Strong notes of caramel and honey arrive on the nose, with complex aromas of ripe apricots, spices and black pepper.
In the mouth first comes the sweetness given by the hints of honey and caramel, mixed with aromas of dried fruit; clearly bitter sensations follow accompanied by spicy herbaceous notes left by the hops, which clean the mouth and prepare it for the next sip.
