Pauwel Kwak is a Belgian beer produced in the Bosteels brewery.
In the glass it has an intense amber color that almost tends towards orange, and develops a white and voluminous cap of compact and very persistent foam. The nose features strong notes of caramel and honey, with complex aromas of ripe apricots, spices and black pepper.
In the mouth first comes the sweetness given by the hints of honey and caramel, blended with aromas of raisined fruit; This is followed by clearly bitter sensations accompanied by spicy herbaceous notes left by the hops, which cleanse the mouth and prepare it for the next sip.
