Piera1899 is one of the reference wineries in the North East of Italy. The company has always been devoted to a single goal: to obtain the best possible quality in wines characterized by pleasantness and matching, able to compete with the greatest winemaking traditions in the world.
The harvest takes place at the end of August. The grapes undergo a soft pressing and a static settling of the cold must. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16° - 17°. Long Charmat method with second fermentation in an autoclave at a temperature of 14° - 15° C. A period of rest in the bottle follows.
It is a conquest for the eyes thanks to its enchanting straw yellow with bright and bright greenish reflections, very fine and persistent perlage. Its nose inebriates intense aroma with hints of ripe rennet apples and a stony and saline minerality. When tasted, the flavor is immediately apparent dry with refreshing fresh and citrine sensations.
A glass that praises quality and tradition. On the table it is a very versatile wine, in fact it goes very well with the whole meal; but it is combined with aperitifs, fish-based dishes, vegetables or white meats which enhances all its particularities, all to be savored.
