A wine that wears a bright straw yellow color to the glass and a fine and persistent perlage on the palate. A sparkling wine capable of enhancing its exceptional qualities right from the start, when it releases a varied and ample bouquet at the opening characterized by soft fruity hints of grapefruit, crunchy nuances of bread crust and delicate floral aromas of hawthorn and acacia.
On the palate it denotes from the first sip a sip of depth, characterized by soft and accentuated notes, fresh and silky, capable of conquering and subduing the taste buds to the last drop.
The finish is particularly persistent. A wine with a mineral and versatile character, and which thanks to its well-balanced taste lends itself beautifully to being present on our tables throughout the meal.
