There are those who tell the story, tradition and passion with words; Cantina Librandi has chosen to do it through wine. In this magnificent corner of Calabria, hard wines with a history behind them are born; this is where Labella was born, the most lively and sparkling interpretation of the toe of the boot.
The harvest of this vine takes place during the first ten days of September. Vinification takes place in thermo-conditioned steel, with delicate pressing of the grapes and refermentation in an autoclave. Refinement in steel, with a brief stay in the bottle for a few months before being placed on the market.
A wine that in the glass has an intense straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it conquers with the pleasant notes of exotic fruits that intersect with hints of ripe yellow fruit.
A sparkling white with a fine and soft taste on the palate. The excellent drinkability and the alternation of a play between acidity and fruity aroma, make it an excellent goblet in combination with aperitifs and fish-based dishes and sushi.
