Pagadebit is a white wine made from 85% Bombino bianco and 15% Sauvignon blanc grapes, whose aromas come together in a single combination of pleasure and harmony.
Pagadebit is a wine with a light, medium body and great expressiveness. It owes its name to tradition and the Romagna dialect as it is a vigorous and very productive vine produced with a berry with a thick skin and resistant to adversity and bad weather which in the past allowed farmers to pay their debts even in years with high production scarcer.
An extremely fresh and floral label with a savory and aromatic taste. A pleasant discovery for white wine lovers! It has a lively straw yellow color; the nose features floral aromas typical of the vine including hawthorn mixed with fruity hints of white peach which offer a very pleasant taste. The finish is extremely enveloping and finely herbaceous.
Perfect in combination with vegetables and omelettes with fresh onion, it also goes well with risotto with asparagus, pea and leek soup with Adriatic scampi and shellfish. Excellent with fish-based dishes.
