Produced in purity from 100% Pecorino grapes. With straw colors and golden reflections.
Fine and fruity aromas, with hints of peach, sage, broom flowers and hawthorn, herbaceous aromas on the finish.
In the glass and in the first sips, a high freshness is perceived, with a good structure and surprising balance with the aroma. Medium body, round, with good acidity and persistence on the finish, leaving the palate slightly bitter.How to serve
