The Primitivo Puglia IGP Rosè by Paolo Leo is a wine that captures the essence of southern Italy, incorporating the vibrancy and passion of one of the region's most iconic grape varieties. This rosè is produced from carefully selected Primitivo grapes, cultivated in the fertile lands of Apulia, famous for their ideal climate that ensures aromatic intensity and optimal grape ripening.

The winemaking process begins with a brief maceration of the grapes in contact with the skins, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature. The result is a wine with a delicate, pale pink color that hints at the olfactory and gustatory experience it offers. On the nose, Paolo Leo’s Primitivo Rosè expresses an intriguing bouquet of fresh red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries, enriched by light floral notes that add complexity and depth.

On the palate, the freshness is immediately evident, with a well-calibrated balance between acidity and savoriness. The red fruit flavors blend harmoniously with a slight sensation of nutty essence that leads to a pleasantly persistent finish. With a medium structure and elegant freshness, this wine is an ideal companion for light dishes such as summer salads, fish-based dishes, or as an aperitif.

In conclusion, the Primitivo Puglia IGP Rosè by Paolo Leo represents a sophisticated and delightful expression of Primitivo in a rosè style, demonstrating how Apulia's winemaking tradition can meet elegance and freshness in a single, refined product.
