Tenuta La Ratta adopts production techniques aimed at enhancing and enhancing the aromas and flavors of its wines. In the vineyards, he has initiated a reduction in the quantities produced, with short pruning, thinning out and a strictly hand-picked harvest in small crates.
In the glass it has a light straw yellow color, with evident golden reflections. On the nose it gives a distinctly fruity aroma yellow pulp fruits among which notes of peach and apricot emerge.
A very pleasant and easy to drink wine, fresh, harmonious and persistent on the palate. Excellent sweet sparkling wine to taste and contemplate with dessert for a great end to a meal.
