Natum Passerina is a sulphite-free white wine, which presents an intense golden straw yellow color in the glass. Thanks to the absence of sulphites, it is able to express pure and intense scents to the sense of smell, giving the nose beautiful sensations that recall the fruity aromas of pink grapefruit and exotic fruits.
Natum has double Bio-Vegan certification; it is in fact a wine that is very pleasant on the palate but free of substances that can cause food intolerances (such as albumin and casein) and it fully represents Agriverde's ecological philosophy.
On the palate it is an enveloping and tasty wine, with a very pleasant finish of white fruit that persists in the mouth. A very versatile, easy-drinking white wine that adapts very well to countless dishes, including first courses seasoned with delicate sauces or vegetables, risottos, appetizing aperitifs, soups and fish-based dishes.How to serve
