This wine comes from the vinification of berries from the remarkable Sylvaner vine from vineyards grown in the prestigious DOC of Alto Adige, Valle Isarco.
The vinification is carried out with soft pressing after a brief contact with the skins, the fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, half in large acacia wood barrels and half in stainless steel tanks, without malolactic fermentation. There are 7 additional months of maturation on the noble lees before bottling.
In the glass the wine has a very bright straw yellow colour. The bouquet is characterized by the fruity part which is the main protagonist, with the addition of more vegetable and floral notes. The taste is decidedly harmonious, medium-bodied, which gives a full sip that plays between freshness and flavor which, balancing each other, make the drink particularly satisfying.
To be enjoyed with the classic combinations of fish. Thanks to its particular structure it is also perfect with white meat dishes.
