Directly from the sunny territories of Sardinia, the Vermentino di Sardegna DOC "Su'i Mari" produced by Su'entu winery represents an authentic expression of island viticulture. The name "Su'i Mari," which in Sardinian means "on the seas," celebrates the intimate connection between the grapevine and the sea that bathes the Sardinian coasts, giving this wine its unique characteristics.

This Vermentino is the result of a careful selection of the best grapes, grown on calcareous and sandy soils that impart distinctive mineral nuances to the wine. The proximity to the sea moderates the temperatures and provides a briny breeze that is reflected in the wine’s tasting notes.

The color is a bright straw yellow with greenish reflections, typical of the Vermentino variety. The nose opens with an elegant and complex bouquet, where aromas of white fruits such as pear and apple emerge, enriched by sensations of white flowers and a light note of aromatic herbs, typical of this grape variety. The minerality is well present, lending freshness and clean olfactory notes.

On the palate, the Vermentino "Su'i Mari" reveals a balanced and harmonious structure. The attack is fresh and lively, thanks to a good acidity that leads to a savory and persistent finish. The fruity and floral notes intertwine with a pleasant minerality making it extremely enjoyable and drinkable.

Ideal as an aperitif, this wine pairs perfectly with light starters, fish-based dishes, and seafood, ideal for enhancing its varietal qualities. It is also an excellent companion to vegetarian dishes and fresh cheeses.

The Vermentino di Sardegna DOC "Su'i Mari" by Su'entu is an excellent choice for those seeking a wine that reflects the unique terroir of Sardinia with elegance and freshness.
