"Cuvée Fashion Victim" by Astoria winery is a bubble with great aroma, a label oriented towards younger consumers and all those who consider the consumption of wine a symbol of moments of conviviality and celebration.
A Spumante Brut characterized by a modern and international approach that has always distinguished the work of Astoria with the simplicity of the aromas and ease of drinking. "Cuvée Fashion Victim" comes from a careful selection of the best white grape bunches. After harvesting, destemming takes place, the grapes are then sent to the press and the must obtained then undergoes a short cold maceration. Static settling and first fermentation in steel follow; the second fermentation takes place during the refermentation in an autoclave as required by the production rules of the Martinotti Method.
In the glass it is announced with a pale straw yellow color, tending towards greenish; the perlage is clear and fine, it moves with dense chains and a good persistence. The bouquet is enveloping, characterized by floral aromas and light hints of white pulp fruit. The sip is lively and fresh, with pleasant fruity sensations, in perfect harmony with the olfactory analysis.
A label that also wants to amaze with its aesthetics, perfect for all those parties where the eye also wants its part. Excellent as an aperitif and excellent in combination with appetizers and appetizers, ideal with eggs and savory pies, but also with fried fish. Absolutely to be tried with pizza.
