Prosecco Superiore Cartizze Valdobbiadene de La Tordera comes from the grapes of a centuries-old vine on the Cartizze hill. Pietro, for more than 80 springs, founder of the Vettoretti family, wants to take care of the top of the range of La Tordera production and the Valdobbiadene DOCG Denomination, exactly as his predecessors did.
Cartizze is particularly intense, with a unique and unforgettable flavor. The earth nourishes, the breeze caresses the vines, the climate cradles the valley, and Peter's love embraces this place so dear to him. These are the ingredients needed to make this sweet sparkling wine rich in aromas and flavor, with a very balanced body.
From it emerge notes of apple and ripe pear, floral notes of lime and wisteria, and hints of almonds. The perlage is fine and persistent. In the glass it shows off a beautiful straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The flavor is intense, fine and elegant, fruity with ripe apple and pear.
It goes perfectly with shortcrust pies garnished with almonds.
