The grapes of Verdiso and Glera, carefully selected during the harvest, are harvested by hand in the vineyard that once belonged to Cavalier Tittoni. The cultivated vines are about 80 years old and grow on soils rich in limestone. The vinification includes the second fermentation which is carried out in an autoclave, as per tradition, with rest on the lees for a period of at least 3 months, in compliance with the long Charmat method. The bottling of the wine is done with reduced quantities of sulfur dioxide.
Tittoni shows a straw yellow color with golden reflections and a fine perlage. On the nose it offers a mature and intense bouquet, punctuated by fruity aromas of yellow apple and plum that open to balsamic and spicy scents, and a background of floral nuances. The sip reveals a noble structure and a perfect gustatory balance.
It is perfect with spicy and spicy dishes of oriental cuisine.
