The Buttrio company stands on an area extremely suited to excellent viticulture, with optimal exposure to the south. The soils are composed of clayey marl and sandstone. A low environmental impact defense is practiced in the vineyard, preferring traditional natural products with reduced persistence. The vinification is carried out with the Martinotti method (or Charmat) considered the most suitable system for a varietal imprint of product recognition.
Ribula has a straw yellow color with elegant greenish reflections. The bouquet enhances a floral scent reminiscent of spring wildflowers. The taste is dry, slightly bitter, with a pleasant fruity and floral aftertaste, and a bread crust flavor finish.
A fragrant and fresh sparkling wine, particularly easy to drink. Excellent as an aperitif and perfect in combination with risottos and delicate first courses. Pleasant with shellfish and seafood, and steamed fish seasoned with delicately flavored sauces.
