The first Spumante produced by the Marcalberto house, Brut with the Classic Method from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. It is aged for at least 24 months.
With straw yellow colours, it shows a fruity picture of good aromatic intensity, with hints of vanilla and bread crust. Served fresh in combination with excellent sushi rolls or risottos or a nice start to an aperitif; it gives the palate very pleasant fresh and rich hints, with a savory and dynamic sip.
