The Pinot Noir from Willamette Valley, signed Domaine Roy & Fils, is a refined example of the expressiveness of this grape variety in the terroirs of the Pacific Northwest. The Willamette Valley, with its cool climate and volcanic and clay soils, creates the ideal environment for an elegant and well-balanced Pinot Noir, capable of expressing aromatic intensity and tannic finesse.

This wine stands out for notes of ripe cherry, raspberry, and a delicate spiciness, accompanied by light earthy and underbrush hints. On the palate, it is soft and silky, with vibrant freshness and a harmonious structure that allows for aging. The aging in French oak barrels helps to integrate the fruity aromas with delicate hints of vanilla and tobacco.

Perfect paired with white meat dishes, salmon, or soft cheeses, this Pinot Noir elegantly tells the story of the connection between terroir and craftsmanship at Domaine Roy & Fils.
