This exceptional product was born from the great passion of Gioia, the home oenologist, for bubbles. Boulé is produced according to the Classic Method.

An elegant sparkling wine already at the sight, which in the glass shows a bright and brilliant straw yellow color. Distinguished by a sip pleasantly long, which affects not only the palate, but also the nose, with an extraordinary sensation of bread and butter crust, but also fruity scents, among which mainly peach and apple.

A bubble with a subtle and pleasant perlage, with a persuasive, refined and clean taste that certainly cannot disappoint when paired with excellent sushi, or inviting snacks and finger food.
