Selection from vineyard, it is a Chianti Classico that derives, as you might well think from the name, from the grapes of a single vineyard: Dofana. A Sangiovese produced with grapes ripe at the right point and grown in organic farming that offers a unique and ethereal taste.

A mysterious and austere wine, as it is defined by the Carpineta Fontalpino company, which is presented in the glass with a rruby bone with violet reflections. The nose is intriguing and varied, rich in sweet spicy aromas ranging from chocolate to cinnamon, to black pepper, with a very marked fruity background.

A majestic Sangiovese, with evident but sweet tannins. A red to savor and discover, with a pleasant aftertaste of vanilla and tobacco. Excellent in combination with meat dishes, poultry, roasts and cold cuts and medium-aged cheeses.
