Vermentino Maremma Toscana is a white wine produced with grapes from 100% Vermentino vines, grown on soils rich in limestone which gives finesse, with a guyot training system.
The harvest is carried out in mid-September, the grapes undergo a soft pressing, with fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature without skins for a period of 12 days, without malolactic fermentation.
When poured it shows a beautiful straw yellow color with greenish reflections; to the nose there are fruity aromas of ripe apple and white peach, mixed with floral hints of white flowers and aromatic scents of sage and incense. The taste is extremely harmonious, balanced with a vital acidity, the floral and fruity spectrum of the grape is enhanced.
An energetic and extraordinarily persistent drink that is well suited to accompany dishes based on fish, meat and not too seasoned cheeses.
