Grüner Veltliner Valle Isarco is an excellent expression of a grape originally from Austria; in Italy we find it almost exclusively in the Valle Isarco area, and this winery is one of its most attentive interpreters.
The Veltliner offers its best on warm and fertile soils, even if sheltered at high altitudes between 500 and 750 meters above sea level. It is a must-try white wine. The vinification involves fermentation at a controlled temperature and maturation on the noble lees in stainless steel tanks, without malolactic fermentation.
It is a white wine with a straw yellow color to be known and tasted, with a very pleasant drink. The nose has a pleasantly fruity bouquet where the aromas of green apple prevail. In the mouth the taste is extremely fresh, with spicy hints and a marked acidity.
It goes perfectly with seafood first and second courses, and is very suitable with white meats and fresh cheeses.
