This amazing white wine is produced with the fruit of the prized native Riesling vine, coming from the Alto Adige Valle Isarco.
The vinification is carried out with a soft pressing and a brief contact with the skins; the fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, without malolactic fermentation, followed by 7 months of maturation on the noble lees.
In the glass it has a straw yellow color, with bright golden reflections. The bouquet is extremely broad, defined by floral aromas of white flowers and wild herbs, with delicate hints of white fruit and slight notes of flint. On the palate it is taut, with a delicate fruit and a pleasant sapidity that leads towards a lively and fresh finish.
A wine very suitable as an aperitif, and an ideal glass to combine with fish-based dishes and spicy ethnic cuisine.
