Karmis is a very refined Sardinian white wine produced from a blend of Vernaccia and Vermentino grapes. The harvest takes place starting from the first mid September, then wine vinified in white with soft pressing and subsequent fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel. THEn stainless steel tanks with periodic batonnage, the refinement begins and is completed in the bottle.
It has a refined straw yellow color with golden reflections in the glass. Sweet aromas on the nose dhoney and yellow flowers leave room for an inebriating and broad finish with tropical notes. A fresh and inviting glass, which leaves a pleasant mineral taste and a long flavor on the palate.
A wine that goes well with first courses that are not too seasoned, fish dishes and raw seafood; as well as being an exceptional aperitif glass.
