White of undisputed quality whose vinification takes place in steel, with cold pre-fermentative maceration on the skins. Aging for 8 months in steel, keeping the wine on the fine fermentation lees with frequent "batonnages". Aging of 4 months in the bottle follows before being put on the market.

Enchanting in the glass its straw yellow crystalline color with greenish reflections. The nose is elegant and well assorted. with an aromatic bouquet that stands out for the fruity aromas of apricot and peach and hints of sage and thyme. On the palate it is a wine with good structure and marking, dry, delicately alcoholic and fresh that hardly does not meet the appreciation of the taste buds.

This Chambave Muscat is very versatile and perfect for any meal. Excellent aperitif wine, perfect with shellfish, white meats, soups and medium-aged cheeses.
