The Labella Frizzante Rosato from the Librandi winery is a bright and lively example, perfect for those who appreciate delicate yet expressive sparkling wines. Produced in the picturesque region of Calabria, this wine represents a perfect fusion of tradition and modern winemaking.

In the vinification of Labella Frizzante, carefully selected grapes are used to ensure superior quality. The varieties employed are typical of the area, thus maintaining a close connection with the territory. The fermentation process takes place at controlled temperatures to preserve the fresh and fruity aromas of the grapes, followed by a short maturation in steel tanks that helps maintain the liveliness and freshness of the wine.

Visually, Labella Frizzante presents a pale and bright rosé color, crossed by reflections that anticipate its freshness. On the nose, fruity and floral aromas emerge, with hints of small red berries, spring flowers, and a touch of citrus. On the palate, it is light, fresh, and lively, with a pleasant acidity and a clean sip that makes it extremely drinkable. The fine bubbles add a touch of liveliness and invite another taste.

It is perfect as an aperitif but also pairs wonderfully with seafood appetizers, raw fish dishes, summer salads, or light dishes. It is also an excellent companion to celebrate special moments, offering a touch of elegance without overpowering.

This sparkling wine from Librandi is not only a pleasure for the palate but also an authentic expression of the Calabrian territory, ideal for those who wish to explore new flavors while maintaining a connection with Italian tradition.
