The Zibibbo di Sicilia IGT from Martinez winery is a naturally sweet white wine that enhances the pure expression of the indigenous Sicilian grape, the Muscat d'Alexandrie, locally known as Zibibbo. This wine is characterized by its intense aromaticity and complex flavor palette that emerges from the first sip.

With a bright golden yellow color, the Zibibbo di Sicilia IGT reveals on the nose a seductive combination of orange blossoms, acacia honey, apricot, and notes of sweet spices such as fennel and vanilla. This aromatic bouquet is due to both the varietal characteristics of the grape and the calcareous soil and the warm, windy climate typical of the Sicilian coasts, which contribute to the aromatic intensity and pleasant freshness.

On the palate, the sweetness is balanced by a vibrant acidity that gives the wine a well-defined structure. The palate is enveloped by flavors of ripe fruit, honey, and a light minerality that extends into a long, pleasantly aromatic finish.

The Zibibbo di Sicilia IGT by Martinez is ideal as a meditation wine or to accompany desserts based on fruit or delicate pastries. It also perfect to enhance dishes of oily fish with sweet and sour sauces or for a bold pairing with blue cheeses.

A wine that represents an authentic and refined expression of the Sicilian territory, ideal for those seeking a unique and high-quality wine experience. Produced with care and passion by Martinez winery, this Zibibbo is a tribute to the excellence and winemaking tradition of the island of Sicily.
