Tratturo Spumante Rosè Brut comes from a selection of native red berried grapes. It is produced in the hills in the province of Chieti, between the Maiella National Park and the Adriatic Sea, at an average altitude of 230 meters above sea level, on predominantly clayey-limestone soils.
Tratturo is a delicate sparkling wine, obtained from the refermentation of wine in small stainless steel autoclaves at a controlled temperature; the process lasts about 45.
It shows off a beautiful pale pink color, while the nose reaches finely fruity scents, an extremely delicate and aromatic bouquet, particularly balanced and extremely elegant. The taste is soft and fruity reminiscent of cherry. Abundant and evanescent foam, fine and persistent perlage.
Excellent aperitif glass, perfect with refined dishes based on fish and cheeses. Before uncorking it is recommended to let it cool in the refrigerator for a few hours.
