The Brunello di Montalcino of the La Palazzetta company originates from an accurate care of the grapes and a careful selection in the vineyard during the harvest which is peremptorily done by hand. This is followed by alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature and maceration for about 20 days with indigenous yeasts, to then continue with the malolactic fermentation. It ages in French oak barrels for about 3.5 years and refines for 6 months.
A wine that at sight shows a ruby red color tending to garnet. From the olfactory examination a perfume is evident intense and enveloping, rich in aromas, with fruity notes of blackberry and blueberry combined with sweet hints of chocolate.
A portentous red, full-bodied, good acidity and the presence of evident tannins. A glass with an enveloping finish, long and persistent on the palate, which offers sensational sensations best appreciated when paired with meat dishes, roasts, game and aged cheeses.
