The motto of the San Valentino company mentions: "good wine is born in the vineyard and is completed in the cellar", and it is precisely on the basis of this that all the interventions on the plants are made for a single purpose: to create optimal conditions for healthy grapes. and of excellent quality. Sangiovese Superiore Scabi Rosso, is a wine whose grapes derive from organic farming and whose fermentation is natural in steel with indigenous yeasts, and theFining takes place in steel on the lees for 8/10 months with periodic batonage.
A drink that in the glass is ruby red with purple hues. On the nose, hints of plum, raspberries and currants prevail, as well as scented hints of red rose. A rich red, which when tasted shows a good structure, with a well integrated tannin and a surprising finish with references to the palate of red fruit jam.
A versatile wine of excellent quality that lends itself very well to being present at the table every day in combination with first courses with meat sauces and not too seasoned, courses of red meats and cheeses that are not too seasoned.
