Discover the story, territory and wines of Antonio Camillo.
Small winery in the Tuscan Maremma, led by Antonio Camillo, focused on indigenous grape varieties (Ciliegiolo, Procanico, Vermentino, Sangiovese) and on low‑intervention practices to enhance the local terroir.
Antonio Camillo worked for many years in the vineyards of the Maremma, beginning his vineyard work in the early 1990s. In 2006 he began producing wines under his own name, selecting inland and hillside parcels in the Maremma to craft wines that express the local terroir.
Production philosophy
Artisanal work and respect for the land: old vines, limited vineyard interventions, spontaneous fermentations with indigenous yeasts, and a winemaking approach focused on minimal intervention to let the terroir express itself.
Terroir and vineyards
Production is rooted in the Tuscan Maremma, with vineyards spread across Pitigliano, Manciano and Capalbio; the operational base is at Località Pianetti di Montemerano, Manciano.
