Winery Domaine Guillaume Gilles

Guillaume Gilles grew up with family ties to viticulture and launched his own operation from inherited vineyards; he worked with established figures of the Northern Rhône and gradually expanded his presence in Cornas and the surrounding area, consolidating his identity as a producer.

A traditional, terroir-respecting approach: hand-tended vineyards employing practices oriented toward organic viticulture, fermentations with indigenous yeasts, frequent use of whole clusters, aging in seasoned large casks/demi-muids, and bottling without fining or filtration in many wines.

Located in Cornas in the Northern Rhône on the appellation's typical granitic soils, the estate covers vineyards in the Cornas area with parcels identifiable as Chaillot, Les Rieux and Les Peyrouses. It also produces wines from Saint‑Péray and other nearby areas.

The wines have received high scores from critics and specialist publications.
