The Saint-Peray produced by Guillaume Gilles represents an excellence in French white wines. This wine, originating from the picturesque Rhône Valley region, is known for its extraordinary finesse and complexity. Made primarily from Marsanne and Roussanne grapes, Guillaume Gilles' Saint-Peray stands out for its rich and layered aromatic profile. On the nose, it offers intense aromas of white-fleshed fruits such as pear and melon, enriched by notes of white flowers and a delicate mineral touch.

On the palate, the wine is balanced with a remarkable freshness that beautifully complements its creamy structure. The aromatic persistence allows for an elegant and prolonged finish. Guillaume Gilles' skill in creating wines that faithfully represent the terroir of Saint-Peray is clearly reflected in this product. It is ideal as an accompaniment to refined fish dishes or creamy cheeses, and promises to evolve magnificently if aged in the cellar.
