Production method
For the Grappa Riserva steam extraction is indicated and subsequent aging in Slavonian oak barrels; product documentation also specifies the use of an external distiller (Distilleria Bonollo) for the Riserva. For the Grappa di Casalferro selected Merlot pomace is indicated.
