The Languedoc - Puech Noble - Rouge from Domaine Rostaing is a red wine that captures the essence of the terroir of southern France. This wine comes from one of the sunniest regions in the country, renowned for its ideal climate for viticulture.
This Rouge is primarily composed of Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvèdre grapes, which provide a robust structure and well-balanced tannins. The nose reveals notes of ripe fruit, such as blackberries and plums, enriched by hints of spices and a light touch of vanilla, derived from aging in French oak barrels.
On the palate, the Languedoc - Puech Noble - Rouge shows an excellent concentration of flavors. The red fruits harmonize with notes of aromatic herbs and a hint of black pepper, offering a complexity that persists in a long and satisfying finish.
Perfect to serve at a temperature of 16-18°C, it pairs wonderfully with grilled red meats, lamb dishes, or hard cheeses. A wine that, while excellent to drink now, also has great aging potential.
