Il Brut Rosé Riserva Trentodoc Metodo Classico - 4 Rosè della cantina Letrari è l'espressione dell'arte spumantistica trentina elevata ad una veste elegante e raffinata. Prodotto seguendo scrupolosamente il Metodo Classico, questo vino spumante è frutto di una scrupolosa selezione di uve Pinot Nero e Chardonnay, che conferiscono al vino il suo carattere distintivo. Al calice, si presenta con un affascinante colore rosa cipria e un perlage fine e persistente.

Al naso, esplode in un bouquet aromatico complesso e intrigante: note di piccoli frutti rossi quali lamponi e fragoline di bosco si intrecciano con sentori di lievito, crosta di pane e delicate nuance floreali di rosa e violetta. In bocca, conferma la sua ricchezza con una struttura elegante e sostenuta, un'acidità viva e una sapidità che invita al sorso successivo.

Winery history

The Letrari family has been rooted in the Vallagarina region since 1647. The modern family company was formally established by Leonello and Maria Vittoria Letrari in 1976. Leonello, an enologist trained at the Edmund Mach Institute, was a pioneer in experimenting with quality sparkling wines in the 1960s. The winery moved to a modern facility in Rovereto in 2000 and is today run by the new generations.

Production philosophy

Combines family tradition with technical innovation: meticulous winemaking, low, carefully managed vineyard yields, and a production focus on classic method sparkling wines and still wines expressive of the local terroir. Dedicated to hospitality and wine education, offering tastings, guided tours and a wine club.

Terroir and vineyards

Vineyards scattered across the Vallagarina around Rovereto, with a temperate microclimate influenced by the Adige and the Ora del Garda, and often poor, rocky soils that promote even ripening and concentrated aromatics.
