The 530 Pino Nero Brut Rosè Metodo Classico - Tenuta di Caseo expresses a refined elegance typical of the Trentino territory, where the cool climate and altitude favor a perfect ripening of the Pinot Nero grape. This sparkling wine enchants with a fine and persistent perlage, the result of careful bottle fermentation according to the Metodo Classico. The nose opens with delicate notes of wild strawberry, small red fruits, and a subtle floral nuance, accompanied by yeast scents that confer complexity and depth. On the palate, it reveals vibrant freshness, balance, and a pleasant sapidity, with a long and harmonious finish. Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs wonderfully with delicate fish dishes, shellfish, and white meat preparations, enhancing every course with its liveliness and refinement. A toast that celebrates the authentic nature and elegance of Pinot Nero in rosé sparkling version.
